30-Day Return Period

You may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you experience an issue with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our Preferred Solution

Whenever possible, our first solution is to provide a free replacement.

This allows you to receive the product you ordered without unnecessary delays.

Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible or another appropriate solution cannot be reached, we will process a refund in accordance with the applicable circumstances.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
